Wikipedia will tell you that a macaron is a “sweet meringue-based confectionary made of eggs, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond and food coloring.” Wikipedia is wrong. A macaron is a little bit of heaven.
The little tidbits of delight come in a myriad of flavors…so many, in fact, that you never tire of trying new ones.
It’s official. I’m MAD for macarons.
